Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Influence of Competence, Environment and Work Discipline on the Performance of Employees of the Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency of Enrekang Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with a sample of 40 respondents using a questionnaire as data collection. Sampling and determination using data analysis techniques used to test the influence between variables in this study using multiple regression analysis using SPSS. The results of the study indicate that the Influence of Competence, Environment and Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of the Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency of Enrekang Regency
